Parita Shah, Intuitive Energy Healer & Reiki Master Teacher

After receiving a diagnosis of an autoimmune condition, and experiencing countless symptoms that didn’t budge through conventional allopathic medicine, Parita sought complimentary forms of healing through meditation and Reiki. Energy healing helped her listen to her body’s innate wisdom, cope with chronic illness, and pursue her soul’s calling - helping others heal through the mind and body connection. With energy healing sessions, courses, and a blog, she shares tools for transformation and self-healing.

The 4-part End of the Year review is designed to help you truly check-in with yourself, celebrate the highs, acknowledge the lows, tune into the wisdom of the Universe, and start anew!
End of the Year Journal Prompts

I’m thrilled to share with you the only 13 questions you need for your End of the Year review! Before we jump into a new cycle, it is empowering to reflect on the cycle completed. We often rush through our days, seeking to achieve and experience more. We may be jumping from one day to another without tuning into our mind and body. We may overlook the gifts and wisdom of each moment. This End of the Year review is designed to help you truly check-in with yourself, celebrate the highs, acknowledge the lows, and start anew!

How to Create an End of Year Ritual

This journal exercise should ideally be completed multiple times in the last few weeks of the year. Every time you approach the same questions, you will be guided by your intuition to new layers of healing. Conscious and unconscious beliefs, feelings and energies will surface with every practice.

Give yourself 30 minutes to 1 hour when you sit down with these questions. You may wish to purify your space with sage, palo santo or essential oils. Consider silencing your phone and spending a few moments in stillness. Feel free to light a candle, and invoke any Higher Presence to support you. Grab a notebook and let yourself move through these journal prompts at your own pace. Remember, there is no right or wrong answer. The purpose of this exercise is to review, integrate, and create clarity.

Enjoy the process!
